| Remarks TFC Jimmie Harold White II, a Trooper First Class with the Arkansas State Police, was tragically lost on June 1, 2002. He was born on July 3, 1969, in Scott AFB, IL, and served seven years with the Arkansas State Police. White was known for his expertise in accident reconstruction, drug and alcohol recognition, and was a dedicated member of the motorcycle squad. |
