@Glacier, my thoughts exactly, but some people in chat told me I can't control my neighbors and cats can roam free if they want so I should solve the problem by keeping my cat inside even though I love taking him out on his leash.
I also find it ironic that chat DID NOT respond this same way when I was upset about the neighbors cats coming into my yard and trying to attack my cat.
