I am old, heat gets to me in a way where it did not as a younger person. Just have to adjust how I attack the day when it is hot. Sadly what I do does not allow me to avoid heat.

IÂ’m not stopping anyone though. Like I said, itÂ’s an opinion. The only other thing I said is a healthy person does not *need* meat for a balanced diet, it is very possible with a purely vegetarian diet^^
Wolf See now that makes a lot of sense in context now. I love Indian food and try to avoid the meat dishes at American Indian food places because yes, Indian food is heavily vegetarian, and I had friends that would make it for me. Miss that part of college lol
