That popping is stretched connective tissue (tendon/ligament) rolling over a bone. It takes weeks to heal properly and will need wrapping/ice/heat in the meantime. If your coach is more concerned with winning than the welfare of his team then that`s too bed. No one will take care of you if you don`t, and he`s not the one that has to live with the consequences of neglect.
I'm just speaking as someone with a lot of joint issues that stem from injuries. Granted, my eds hasn't helped things, but taking care of things now will literally save you a lot of pain later
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
