I have finally gotten my sleep under control. Lol I used to be the worst morning person. And recently my OCD has made it so hard for me to sleep at the tiniest sound or light (which is impossible to have quiet with two cats) so I have to sleep with a sleep mask and a pillow over my head. Lol
Kind of hard to have a good sleep schedule when one day you have to be up at 4:00 AM and then awake until midnight just a few days later. No consistency whatsoever.
Granny I know. I am a people pleaser though. Lol its part of my ADHD fear of rejection and making people mad. Also at the moment with my fiances income we have no issues with money
