| We caught an injured Canadian goose that had a band on it. The vet put it down and we got the band back with all the information of the goose (when it was tagged and where). That was neat. |

| I figure the silkie belonged to someone who has "pet" chickens rather than chicken chickens and was too wimpy to turn him into Sunday dinner. My Memaw would wring a neck as soon as she got flogged. She was ruthless. |
