I knew this toy poodle who was deaf and blind. When she was 13 both her eyeballs were removed and her eyes sewn shut. She had like 1 tooth left. and had a golf ball size tumor under her tail. She was allergic to so much and she lost her mind when she was about 15-16. at 22 years old her owner refused to put her down, said she couldn't let go yet. This poor girl had no idea where she was and would have panic attacks randomly. they insisted on taking her on for surgery when they found a hole in the roof of her mouth because it was rotting. That dog passed on its own, no idea where it was, and undoubtedly in pain when she was 24. Owner was a drug addict
