@Glacier, I know the feeling. I used to want 30 minutes to just sit in bed and wake up. I take a hot bath almost every night because it helps the pain.
I probably need to go to physical therapy. I either tore or fractured something in my left hand and it hasnÂ’t been the same since. And I have an old knee injury from when I was a child athlete which didnÂ’t allow my joints to develop properly.
@Glacier, hopefully that helps. My physical therapy is mostly just teaching me how to gently exercise since most doctors just tell me to go for a run which is incredibly painful.
@Glacier, I think it is mostly my medication for fibromyaglia. I am also doing physical therapy. Have you ever considered getting on meds for your fibro?
