Storm Running makes my anxiety spike. Anything that makes my heart beat faster than normal. My body goes into shock kind of and starts panicking. I know why I'm depressed on Sundays too so it's okay.
I found that exercise helps with depression. Legit running or walking fast, hardcore workout before, drinking enough water and eating right. Basic survival and fitness to where you want to stop, but keep going. In the moment breathing and water, some snacks occasionally are all you think of, at least for me
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.

Choose a Background for your horse.
Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
