I have learned more in the past year at this show barn than anywhere else I have ridden. I can keep a seat now, and can ride more difficult horses like that chestnut I showed there. I can use spurs and crops appropriately for communication and know the difference between bits and what to use when. I have become a better rider here.
My mare was tiny, technically a pony, but she could GO GO GO forever. When we approached a hill, she would say, "Oh, that thing? I got this!" She would power up that hill like she was specially made for the task. Downhill? Hold on! She would run down it like the horse in the Man From Snowy River if I let her! She was too much horse for me but I loved her!

I do well with the more high strung ones. I do not squeal and give in when they get tough. I laugh and make them mind. My trainer says I am a very stern but kind rider.

If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
