yeah, and I'm saying those are all nondescript symptoms and should be checked by a doctor, because doing iron supplements when you're not deficient can be pretty harmful
some of the symtoms of an iron deficiency are dizziness/lightheadedness, cold hands anf feet, brittle nails, unusual cravings, and fatigue. All of which I have, among others pointing toward iron deficiency
KPH Lol I also think I just need to go to bed earlier lol I usually go to bed at 8:30 and get up around 7 so I think I need more sleep, I also am just always tired, even after naps >.>
