I like to keep a small stable so recip mares are also used for showing (why I generally only keep EEE+ mares) but sometimes I'll keep on an ESS or something for that specific discipline - otherwise I'd have a ton of horses split between showing and breeding when I'd rather just curate lines that can do both!
-HEE Click- urgh to keep or release, on one hand she's pretty and could be used as a recip mare but on the other hand embryo transfers are expensive and it would make more sense to have EEE recip mares
Thats the main reason I'm so glad I have the barn manager honestly PK, I would NOT be making the money I am and having horses entered in comps like that without her! I'm too forgetful lol (p.s. love you Camilla the barn manager!)
