I turn off tv and all lights right after taking meds. Kinda helps the meds. But if I did not have my medication I still would not fall asleep. And even with medication sometimes I have to lay under my weighted blanket to get me still enough to fall asleep
Saw this thing where if you listen to your favourite songs before bed you'll be able to sleep better. I've been doing that for 3 days and it works so far
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
If you feed Senior Blend to your senior horse they will have a 10% decreased chance in dying
when the weekly script runs on Monday morning. The effect lasts for one weekly cycle.

Edit your horse's remarks. Keep all content PG-13.
Choose a Background for your horse.
Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
