the OCD might just be more of an anxiety thing though because I'll just like. Count things or tap out syllables obsessively and then when I catch myself doing it I'll go take more magnesium and it goes away.
I have a phone reminder and I keep all of my pills on my desk so I wake up and immediately take them. Now that I'm in a routine though I'm good.. I love routines. I think that's why it pains me so much when I ask my boyfriend for specific times to do things and he says "we'll see" T-T
I only remember to take my meds at the same time every day because I've been on them since my early 20s. Not ADHD meds, but that is one problem I do not have
Oh for sure. And finding different ways to help you out (I DONT get things done unless I have a list and an agenda I update daily and keep on the counter where I can see it every single day, I put my vitamins in the way so I have to take them or else I'll trip over them, all sorts of workarounds to make life easier)
