If I see a person & a horse together I automatically assume they own the horse If they're doing something dumb then that's their problem Of thry thought your where doing something wrong don't they leave you to learn from your mistakes?
Easiest solution would be to not let them roam the neighborhood and instead let them out on a leash or into a catio like I am, but that ain't happening.

There is a legal difference between yiur neighbors controlling their dog & your neighbors controlling their cat However id definitely suggest being armed to defend your fluffy friend
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
If you feed Senior Blend to your senior horse they will have a 10% decreased chance in dying
