I hear that you can and then you cant dump quest items in the falls. It kind of make sense to still being able to send them there because you cant make money doing that, which was one of her concerns.
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
