Bio, san diego really isnt that terrible. I honestly found it to be more cold than hot but when the heat waves do come theyre miserable. The food is fantastic, the only thing they dont have is good BBQ. Super diverse community and close to a bunch of really neat places
Theyre shitty cheap windows that dont last. Theyre roughly 25 years old and need replacing. California laws are insane for property owners, and it sounds like a much bigger problem than it is. I just dont live down there and its hard to coordinate repairs when you work 70 hours a week
No AC in San diego (not required) but in the living room out of the 2 windows it has... One you can technically open but you'd have to hold it open and it doesnt have a screen.. the other, gets stuck about 3" from completely closing and its on the west side.. and the wind usually blows east.. it requires a crowbar to shut all the way X.X
