| So took my vitamins at 1220. Used the b vitamin complex I have too. Been a week since I used it. 20 mins later was super red face and hot. Had rash on arms. So I figured anaphylaxis or something. Was in the process of making my smoothie. Which I did not blend and put the blender in the fridge. Sitting in ER, still waiting. Said I was going to get iv and iv steroids. My steroids I take orally are at 4pm. I have them with me, but they say take with food. Last I was seen was 155pm. No food today either. Symptoms seem to subsided a little, but come on with the timing. This is by far the worst hospital. |

| guys. i gave a friend a WWE horse for free. I bought the horse for 215k. she took the horse. it's been awhile and she's said nothing. |
