Thanks Ash me too Dx I’ve broken it before just sucks because I’m prettt sure the nail will fall off and that’ll suck
Ashcroft Park Stud
Nooo Sun, that's the worst luck and so painful :( Hope it heals swiftly!

I have massive knots in my shoulder and neck right now too didn’t think it’d get worse like why😭

I just love breaking my pinky toe the week before the 4th of July when we’re hosting a 3 day party 🥲

Also if you add a layer on top of your horse (again as a clipping mask), blur it so you just have an amalgamation of all the background colours, set it to soft light/overlay at like 30% opacity that helps merge the lighting a bit

I second Ash, I'm also happy to send over a photo of where dark lights and highlights should be
Pegasus Lane
Yesss thats the problem I'm having with mine! The horse stock was front lit but the background makes it need to be lit from behind 😞🙃

It's really pretty, River! Love how you've done the horses coat colour. As others have mentioned, making it look more like the light is coming from behind would really elevate it. So the horse is a bit darker, with golden light coming from behind their back/tail/mane. If your program allows it, you can achieve that by adding a new layer above the horse, making it a clipping mask, and overlaying some yellow on those bits (blur as needed!)

Also appaloosa isn't white. It's very very light grey or pinkish, and becomes white only when direct light hits it.
Pegasus Lane
If you look closely, River, the tail is behind both butt cheeks. Maybe try erasing the behind one where the tail touches? I'm not really sure what the fix for that would be to be honest haha

Peg It's terrible 😩 I think part of the problem is also the snowflake appaloosa. The horse is half white because of it LMAO
