| they are nice in a lot of other regards. i just wish scheduling was better. in a span of like less than two months his lead aready considers him his favorite because he literally works 3 times as hard as anyone except said lead. but they shouldnt be only asking him to stay over or start early when other people exist |

| meanwhile they almost never let me come in on days im off and he works when i literally want to. like i know its mostly because theyre already ok on staff but come on |

| yeah. apparentlythey already tried asking him to cover tomorrow when i work a freaking 7-330 heck no.they always want him 3-7 or later. they also constantly ask him to stay later when they know he has a foot condition. and because he is who he is he always does. he hasnt even worked there that long yet. |

| we dont even really talk at work excluding breaks because he doesnt want to be distracted |

| we have and we arent even the same department. and its more that my dept head doesnt bother. his tried a bit, but they keep having me covering peoples vacations that are early hours so it keeps messing stuff up. getting sick of them not making any effort to at least align our days off when his lead told me he would. |
