I am hoping to set aside 15k to find the right show horse. I do not have time to train one myself, eternally work and church and horses I have no time lol. So we are looking at show horses, some have costed a decent under 10k. And some are 15k and above My thing is, my budget expands every month I do not make the purchase.
Nat Depends on the sport honestly, we don't pay that much for ours but that's because we buy them as young prospects and train ourselves instead of buying a made horse :) it's not uncommon for people to pay like 50k or higher though, I would never though 😅
I wish I'd asked HEE/you guys about it back then; I didn't even think about it haha. It was fine, I loved that mare, I just realize now she should have been much cheaper! (And I don't have her or any poneys anymore </3)
Wow 30k ... is that normal for a quality horse? I still don't know haha
I'm thinking of selling my current horse because even as someone who has been riding for years and has rode under professionals, I've decided she is too much horse for me. I just want to get on and ride, not have every ride be a hard schooling ride
