you can also monitor his water intake in the evening and make sure hes not having too much, that way he'll be less likely to have to pee in the middle of the night
@SCF, feels like everything. Right now the biggest thing is he wakes up in the middle of the night EVERYY night to be let outside. Half the time he doesn't even pee. If you ignore him he will keep you up all night whining. He also just needs constant stimulation whether it be exercise or attention.
I am bound and determined to get him to go to the gym.. he has started walking around town this week (glad he is getting out of the house) but he is hard headed and says yeah I know I should.. that is a great idea.. but never goes to the gym.
don't think that would really help him...he likes to watch youtube on his phone while laying in bed and he has to use the magnifying glass to see it.. so I think the act of just holding his arm like that the whole time.. has just started breaking him down.
Alot of his issue is due to him being visually impaired and by years of looking through a magnifying glass.. his posture is pretty poor.. I keep telling him to go to the gym and start doing some upper body to try to strengthen his muscles and maybe help to correct some of his posture.
