I was recently blocked and all i have done is purchase their horses and used studs. was the first time i used the stud too xD obviously the last as well

no you can block any one for any reason you wish to. Blacklisting on here is considered if you get all your friends or a group of people to block someone for something
Really all foal ratings should count whether FR or not in my opinion, but maybe it's a server space thing. But it's more realistic, not ever foal a real top stallion produces is gonna be a superstar.
