@Granny, maybe... I am going to ask to go to physical therapy to see if they can teach me a modified version. I love hot baths so I take them at least once a day, but that only helped minimally.
So many people in my life couldn't understand my disabilities and health conditions. So many couldn't handle me requiring an assistance dog either.

It appears I am in quite the conundrum. My knee and leg hurts because I have tight hamstrings so I was told to stretch them out however my leg is so tight I can't even do the stretches that are supposed to heal me!
