I got diagnosed with ADHD as a child. But back then mental health wasÂ…. Yeah not much support. So that is all they thought I had, refused to believe I had anxiety. Severe bullying from childhood and even into the workforce caused the PTSD. I was on ADHD meds until about 2 years ago, when my physician told me no more. I have been so much more free as an adult without them. And I can do my paperwork, I can drive the passenger vans at work safely, etc. It is my anxiety and PTSD that are the main cause of most of my issues

I have ADHD, Severe Social Anxiety, and currently working on a diagnoses for PYSD. I get triggered, and can get to the point of no return if pushed when triggered, or even overstimulated. Thankfully have an amazing husband, but I am going too a new mental health meds dr. The last one told me I was severely anxious because I am tired 🙃

Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
