Yeah, there's a lot of questionable scientific stuff surrounding chiro and I don't trust it because it doesn't make sense. Cracking your joints doesn't fix pain, it's popping bubbles in the synovial (joint) fluid
one of the things i dont get about it is how they call it "adjustments" but then you still have to go back like a couple weeks later for more "adjustments". Like whats the point if its not gonna stay

chiropractic medicine is very questionable and can be very dangerous. my mom went a few times for her back, and the lady ignored her requests to be gentle around her neck. she ended up with a severe headache that lasted for days
I went for a year or so and nothing was fixed. I have scoliosis and horrible back pain because of it and if anything the chiro made it worse than it was. It'd feel better for maybe 5 minutes afterwards and then I was back to what it was before or even worse. Plus the "science" the majority claim to use doesn't check out
