I didn't think I would miss salt this much. I also didn't realize how sick I was making myself until I reduced my salt. I play around with spices, herbs, and other creative things to make food tasty again. My doc said, "All the garlic you want!" My coworkers say I'm going overboard but whatever!
I am the same Cascadia- allergy to certain amount of coconut + diabetic. If I consume too much of it I can get hospital level ill. is genius haha. And I know what goes in each meal and how much of each thing.
Witchy, I'm not on a diet to lose weight (thought that certainly wouldn't hurt). I have dietary restrictions for medical reasons, and I am not as strict about them as my doctor recommends. If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
