Top Shelf 3 weeks almost 4 now I was doing hill intervals for XC running. I was doing a stride up a short but steep hill and all of a sudden felt really bad pain, it sorta pinches, and always hurts, I can't walk without limping, and I can't walk up stairs normally, running always really hurts, and it's it 10/10 pain multiple times. It's woken me up from sleeping if I move my knee/leg due to severe pinching, and when I run it feels like someone is pinching/stabbing it if it makes sence?

Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
