She must have seen it by now. I imagine it was sent to her while she was being suspended from competition. I find that weird, too.. she was suspended and yet she says she's made the decision to withdraw from the olympics. It would have been very easy for her not to say anything until the they got the verdict if she wasn't suspend.
I also wonder if the video has been released for her too see too. Has to have right? Honestly, if it were me, I may not have remembered what happened 4 years ago.
I do not see the actual video though. And people will own up to it if they have no way to defend themselves. Also what does she consider harsh? Is it what I consider harsh? Until that video is released/leaked no one can really make a judgment call. It is odd this person sat on it for 4 years before saying anything.
Given the little information available at this time, this feels more like a personal attack designed to knock her out of the Olympics. If the incident was as serious as the accuser claims, then it would have been brought up years ago.

I did very well at my first ANWARC- placed third against some riders who have been riding all their lives. On a horse not bred for it none the less. Placed 3rd by both judges. -Click-
