Nice. I grew up near the Honor Farm in Riverton WY and went to the annual BLM horse sale a few times just to watch. The inmates would halter break some and saddle break some and the starting bid was $125. I always thought it would be cool to buy one but I never did.
My friend was the official photographer for the EMM a few years ago. I went with her to watch and it was really freaking cool the things those horses could do after only a few months
It definitely takes time but once they warm up to you they are your horse pretty much like I can make my gelding do things that others can't it's pretty cool but yes it is hard at first but I wouldn't change it for the world
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
