My anxiety is crazy. Espescially lately. The smallest things send me into an attack. And I've had heart problems that come and go and have never been diagnosed so I feel that.
I get told it's anxiety and was given meds to take, never started them yet. I also have Crohn's, endometriosis, and allergies and anxiety, but it can't be the sole cause of my insane dizziness. Unexplained tachycardia and I am on a beta blocker for it. It's a nightmare honestly -.- a year I've tried to find all these out too.
I have pots lol I can't feel my heartbeat but apparently it really gets going when I stand and I have nurses asking if I feel alright when I go in for appointments x)
They chalked it up to anxiety, and I've been super careful about it ever since and haven't fainted, but there were also some questions about my heart that never really got answered so 🤷♀️
They test the people that don't need it and ignore the people that do 🙄 when I was looking for a diagnosis they kept insisting I had Pots and I was like my fainting isn't fucking related to change in posture
