Was it inspired by a real life horse, like one of the older tobi markings was in honor of a horse by FSF? Otherwise it would be a really odd choice for a marking like that.
I have a line of Pons that have sub 25 color ratings consistently, now I'm just trying to breed good ratings into them and they're making it so difficult:,)
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.

Choose a Background for your horse.
Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
