Well if this is a regular issue then why not softban it? Maybe when you try sending too many links in one message or a link that is too long it should give an error.
Guys, don't be afraid of breaking the chat with links. Unless you're literally sending links to malware or some kind of ddos attacker, you can't break the chat with links. So don't be afraid of that ^-^

Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.
Showing in the special weekly shows doesn't count against your horse's weekly regular show count.
