| Fuck knows how I did it- I was just sitting at my computer on Saturday and the whole thing went into spasm! Was relatively fine on Sunday and even took the TBs to the gallops for a canter, but then I did some sitting trot on Monday and all hell broke loose again 🙈 Unfortunately Mother (who is my boss 🤣) seems to flick between telling me I shouldnt be lifting anything at all (as if thats not literally my entire job...) and completely refusing to acknowledge that Im actually in pain lol. I tried to drive the point home by asking my brother to cancel my ride on Monday as thats very out of character for me 🤣 |

| Oh that sounds horrible, back pain/injury is no joke :( Take it easy. It might be worth going home if you’re not up to it. Your work should understand, they have a duty of care to you (and not injuring your back!) |

| And I've got a pallet going out today that Ill need to haul around, plus important things going out tomorrow that I don't know if he can be trusted to get right if I do just take the day off sick |

| Sort of- my back is fucked fucked now not just a bit sore. Very clever idiot coworker is in today who can't be trusted with most things, so he needs the big bench for the one job he's allowed to do (after I make him relabel all the fucked country code things he did last week...) which means Im relegated to the small bench to do sit down jobs all day, which as I discovered yesterday afternoon is a big fat no from a pain point of view. And mother has today and tomorrow off so if I need something lifting Ill have to ask himself for help or do it myself when I really shouldnt be lifting anything. |
