| I could use some time off from work. Its been so awful. We had some upgrades done on our billing system almost two months ago and absolutely *nothing* about it has been operating the way it should have. At one point we has 1200 callers in queue. Hold times average 1.5-2 hours. Its really great when you wait 2 hours to get connected to someone then have to be transferred to my department and have another hour wait. It has been absolutely brutal with zero breaks between calls and just about every call being an escalated call. It has been so hard on my mental health. My co workers have even said they cry after work most days. |
