| em - if you're going from D to C or J to C I tend to find the boosted stats from the other discipline do help a good deal. so might be worth a shot |

| I understand training. I just wasn't sure if it would be worth it to train a sub. I can't understand if the other disciplines were P or E |

| I would switch him to XC, but keep in mind that he is Sub so he will train a little slower. |
