Do it. You have the emails proving you've asked/been denied accommodations before. Even if they say they can do it, they AREN'T. You definitely have a case.
@Arctic, I doubt it will go anywhere. They are telling me that just because they can't grant me the accommodation I requested doesn't me they can't grant me any accommodations. It took them over a month just for them to say that. Not sure whether to move forward and prolong the process even though I think the end result will be the same or to give up and just move forward with my life.
Hummer - maybe it's time to pull out the big guns, and contact the DOJ-CRD-DRS. Tell them the college is refusing to accommodate your disability, and would they 'remind' them of their obligation to do so.
