@Hill, that sounds like a lot! I am hiring a personal trainer so I can get in shape before I start my program. I will be doing clinical at a hospital and I'm sure I will have to lift patients so I want to be in shape.
@Hill, oof that doesn't sound fun. I'm sorry. I had a trial session with a personal trainer yesterday. I am REALLY out of shape so something as simple as doing squats and lifting a 10lb dumbbell has left feeling sore.
