Actually, I know people who have purebreds and people who have mutts. Both, in my opinion, equally have a chance of health issues depending on how ethically they are bred. I have 2 mutts. And they are healthy as can be. No issues. I have carefully selected my Lab puppy, made sure parents were up to stuff before picking this breeder.
@Ven, I mean, we too have 30+ dogs, but we don't pelt our litters every chance we get. I think we only had 2 litters last year, hoping for potential prospects to raise ourselves. We do health test, OFAs ect. But our dogs aren't bred to be pets, they're hunting breeds
