Double, I did soft ball a few years back when I was in school. They hired someone but those who couldn't pay like my mom for mine were allowed to take pictures with their phones or whatever. The photographer would delete any photos bought.
I'm assuming yours was your coach? If that's the case then it would make sense why they would use the money for the team but most hire professional companies and those the parents pay for any pictures they buy which pays the photographer. At least that's how ours worked and others in my area did.
But yeah, I don't see how what she did was wrong. She was trying as a mom to create the memories for her child the way she could. If she cant afford to pay for her pictures I dont see what it's harming..
