It's because the well dried and it's just sediment. It's not dangerous but still it sucks XD.
We dont drink our well water anyways even when its perfectly fine because it has sulfur (because when they dug the well the people went to deep) in it. But we use it for other stuff
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
