Holly Explaining my point - you could take hard round brush, high opacity, and make little strands, since natural, uncut horse hair have different length and thickness strands.
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
