Luna I haven't been able to actually ride as of recently. Was on maternity leave and then with the twins I don't have time to actually ride 😂 Loki is at the trainer for show season and then Zeke is being leased out. Thankfully I don't ride the horses at work as they are broodmares and foals. I usually wear a knee brace when I do ride though. Helps a little bit, I've learned to just ignore the pain
Luna I'm 25 😂 I've had the issue since I was a teen but it wasn't as bad back then. Now it's absolutely terrible, literally couldn't put pressure on one knee at work last week. Made working with the horses real interesting
