Fox, Diet items reported to cause adverse food reactions in horses include lucerne, barley, beet pulp, bran, buckwheat, chicory, clover, malt, oats, potatoes, St. John's Wort, and wheat, feed additives. I am not a vet, or a horse health expert, but I looked it up online and found this
My thoughts too, never seen a horse dripping motuh foam. Was worried it was contagous then remebered one of mine has allergys and it explained the coughing. Ill see if I can take her to my vax apt in two weeks
y'all reminded me that in the 40's, the government had a program where they released TB stallions into mustang herds, and farmers were paid for every mustang stallion they shot so the TBs could take over the herds and breed up taller mustangs. Not sure if it was done anywhere but CA, but I read about it in Monty Roberts' book :3
