Azura - yes, when you're a new stable, it's best not to keep horses that won't contribute to improving your stable, and as you say, just taking up space.
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
