I doubt it since they can have only 20 live foals and 40 straws per RO. Though I guess it's possible if everybody saved their straws and used them this RO and somehow all got WWWs

Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.

Join A Federation. Your horse will accrue Federation Points
and based on that may make the Federation Championships.
