@storm!! I have Crohn's too! May I message you also about diet? I'm struggling a lot and I feel like the doctors are not helping. And I have no support group I can find. But yeah I agree drinking and movement is major! I go to the dog park twice a day! And I was looking into red light yoga that just open up nearby! Well sorry about all the exclamation points hahaha
