river I meditate everyday to try and calm my nerves but everytime I'm trying to study my nerves pick up because I'm worried I didn't study long enough, or worried I might fail, etc
i bite my nails too. theres a nail polish i used that actually stopped me from doing it. i dont recommend biting a coin as they can break teeth and brackets (if you have braces). keep a snack near by or chew gum! or if youre like me and dont like gum, find maybe an (unused) eraser or wear a hoodie/jacket and bite the sleeve! believe it or not, i MUCH prefer the sleeve lmao.
But whenever I try to study I get stressed that I will fail and start biting my nails so now I usually keep a coin with me to prevent me from biting my nails while trying to study
