OK, I now suspect that my new Schoolmaster isn't showing up in the list because she has already trained with a rider this week, in her previous stable. If she doesn't show up in the list next week, I'll consider reporting it as a bug.

Edit your horse's remarks. Keep all content PG-13.
Choose a Background for your horse.
Withdraw your horse from it's team. You will lose all team points for this horse. Please discuss this action with the team manager first.
Your horse may show 3 times per week. Shows run daily. Your horse and rider will gain valuable experience from showing. Select a discipline to show in, or scratch from tonight's show.

and based on that may make the Federation Championships.
