Granny it is all done in one transaction to be fair- you just put the intended recipient's stable number in the box when you add to cart and it goes directly to them, so it is technically possible to run off with the money. Just an insane thing to do because A it makes you a dick and B mods will send the money back and penalise you
If you buy a premium from somebody and the person doesnÂ’t deliver your upgrade within 10-15 min then report that person. Very simple. There are records of ebs transfers, etc
I never had any problems with that, so far all people have been trustworthy and I have gotten my premium and for those who aren't there's a report button. Just because of a few bad eggs it's not an excuse to now not want to pay the honest ones for their service

It isn't that difficult to do ngl. I haven't spent any RL money on my SAs but they're all chugging along quite happily with premium (bar the one I started today obviously). You just have to be a little patient
If you have Dapple Blend Grain, you can feed it to your horse and their coat will dapple.
The effect will wear off after a few days. One pound of grain will be fed at a time.
